Office Policies

The Nitty Gritty.

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

Cash and checks are accepted: no credit cards. Checks should be made out to the individual clinician (Nancy, Walt, Jerry).

Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. Time is allocated for your appointment so a 24-hour notice of cancellation is required or payment in full is billed to the responsible party, as insurers will not cover this. Your signature on the Insurance Intake form indicates your understanding of this policy
